We pride ourselves on the work we do, and are so sure of our computer products that we offer you a six-month no hassle guarantee on our computers. If your computer fails due to craftsmanship or component failure within six months of your purchase, we will repair or replace it with one of equal capability at no cost to you, including data transfer where possible. As is only fair, this doesn't include computers which are damaged due to neglect, disaster, nature, or coffee spills.
